You go to where there is an old lady talking about a strange tree then you water the tree with the wailmer pail and sudowoodo should attack you after you catch it or defeat it surf were the sudowoodo was blocking the way and you should get to the cave inside the cave you will find the Pokemon smueargle you know the one with the long tail that paints. But thats all that youll find in the cave.

You go to the waterfall where sudowoodo was blocking and surf down then go left I think and the cave is there it has nothing but smueargle. When you want to exit keep going north and the exit will be right there.

Go to the southeastern most corner where you get sudowoodo and then catch it and surf down the waterfall and then surf to the left and then you will get to the artisan cave to get all smeargles.

First you go to the right of the Battle Palace where the old lady is. Walk up to the strange looking tree, save in front of it, then water it with the wailmerpail. The tree gets mad and attacks, catch the tree (sodowood), if it faints turn off the game and try again. After you catch it go the the space where it was, use surf and go down the waterfall. Then go left until to see the entrace to Artian Cave. Go in a, catch you a Smergle (there the only thing in the cave). Then follow the short path and exit next 2 the Record thing. :)

Walk to the right of the battle palace thingy and go to where the old man (i think it's a women hmm...). Walk over to the log thing thats standing up and spray it with dat squirtlebottle thing or wateva. Catch it cause it's the only 1 in the whole game dat you can catch. Surf from there and reach the cave. You catch smeargle lvl40 - lvl50.
