Yeah right
The first time I battled the gym I had a lvl 41 pinsir and he completely dominated me with hyper potions and his slaking's facade move. The question is How do I defeat his slaking and his facade move?

Chose blazeken as a starter and use doublekick and you will KO every one if you chose some one else use a garodose my frend did if you can get a garodose level up svampert

I beat him pretty easy I had a lvl 45+ blaziken and I took him out in like two hits now my blaziken is at level 100 so when I faced him the second time I beat him in one shot

Get some kind of Pokemon that knows Fighting-type moves and that is above Lv. 33. An example would be a Hariyama and Machoke. Buy some Hyper Potions and Revives as well. Sometimes Slaking will use Focus Punch, and that takes 2 turns to work. Usually, if you're lucky on the turn it's supposed to hit it'll say 'Slaking lost it's focus and couldn't attack!' or something like that. Also, Slaking, due it's ability, Truant, Slaking will attack only once every two turns. You can use that extra turn to get a hit in, or heal your Pokemon. This is also obvious, but I'm saying it anyway in case you're not doing it... Save before you fight him, so you can turn off the game if you lose and try again.

Choose torchic as a starter and evolve it into a blaziken and keep double kick or train it to lv 59 and teach it sky uppercut and you will beat him like really easily
