This statement is bogus because which 'lati' you pick has no playing on if you get deoxys because you need a tiket, an aurora ticket to get to it.

It does not matter which Eon Pokemon you pick since Deoxys is only obtainable by getting the Aurora Ticket and going to Birth Island, which now can only be reached by using either an Action Replay or Gameshark.
