Hi.. Where can I get zangoose? I already tried this: "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" but what was it for?

First zangoose must be traded from ruby.
Second LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL will let you use mystery gift. But the mystery gift on RSE and FR/LG games is different the the GSC versions. I think it has something to do with nintendo events but not sure.
