Oh, are you interested in making your own Action Replay codes for battle, or just so that you can trade the Pokemon you make with other people? Regardless of what you plan to do with the Pokemon you create, you only need two things to make and use your own special Pokemon. The first thing that you need can easily be found available on download on google.com. You need to find a program called Pokesav which will work on Pokemon Ruby, and then you need to download the program. You will need the Pokesav program in order to actually make the cheat code, and make the codes work. The second thing you will need is an Action Replay cheating device for the Gamebody Advance so that you can actually use the codes. You can find a video of how to make codes on youtube.com.
