Since the region is the same, contests are moved to Lilycove City, lots of battle arenas are added, Mew is available with a ticket, and Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Latias, and Latios can be captured without trading dilemmas. Yes, you could say it's the Yellow of Ruby and Sapphire.
