Well, I am afraid that I have some rather unfortunate news to share with you. You see, you cannot get the Event ticket that will let you travel to Navel's Rock, nor are you able to get the Event Ticket that will let you travel to Birth Island. It is rather unfortunate, but the Nintendo Company no longer holds any Nintendo Events for Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Sapphire, or Pokemon Ruby. The last Nintendo Event was held years ago so there are only Three ways to get your hands on one of those tickets or Event items. The first way to get a ticket might not work out so well, you can contact Nintendo on their website and plea with them to hold one last world wide Nintendo Event for Pokemon Emerald. The second way to go out to the store and buy a Action Replay, or buy a Gameshark cheating device. You can then find a cheat code that will give you the Event item. The third way is rather simple, but can be difficult. Decide which legendary Pokemon it is that you want and then see if there is anyone with the Pokemon that is willing to trade with you.
