No, unfortunately, there are no gender cheat codes available for use with any Pokemon game. Codes that can change a Pokemon's gender simply do not exist, so sorry. It should not matter that much though to be honest, a Pokemon being shiny has nothing to do with their gender or nature. It is just pure luck that that particular Pokemon happens to be shiny, nothing more. Also, a shiny code does not pick and choose Pokemon, if you are using the right cheat code to turn Pokemon shiny then it should every single one of your Pokemon shiny. Female Pokemon will turn shiny and male Pokemon will turn shiny. Furthermore, the code will not change your character;s gender as it is impossible. Hope this helps.
