Well, no, unfortunately, I do not know any Gameshark codes for the Visual Boy Advance, nor do I know of any cheat codes for Pokemon Emerald on an Emulator, period. I think that the Game shark codes are only made to work on the Gameboy Advance version of Pokemon Emerald, Gameshark probably did not anticipate anyone making the game online, thus the codes will not work. What this means is that the cheat codes are like a special gift that you get to use only if you actually go out and buy the game on it's original platform. The game only costs like Twenty dollars, I am sure that you or one of your family members will easily be able to buy the game for you. Then you can buy the Gameshark cheating device, and then you can use the codes.

Hi! There is no problem using GameShark codes on Pokemon games for mac! I have made a detailed tutorial video on YouTube showing you step for step how to insert the codes. The tutorial is for Pokemon RUBY, but it's the same thing with Pokemon Emerald. You can find the cheats for Emerald here: http://www.supercheats.com/gameboyadvance/pokemonemeraldcodes.htm
Make sure you're using codes with 12 digits per line in the
Options > GameShark codes
