unlock regis
Ok so I started a new game and I forgot how to get the regis. I already unlocked the caves but then when I got to the cave I forgot what to do.

For regirock I think it is either right right down down rock smash or left letf down down rock smash for registeel I think you go to the middle and use either fly or flash for regice I think you go up to the writing in the wall then while staying on the wall you run around the cave 1 or 2 times and if those don't work you can go to youtube and look up how to
