After Groudon and Kyrogre Fights, go near the Mart and talk to Steven and he will take you into the cave of Origin and Wallace asks you things. Just say Sky Pillar and you would have to surf down to the city below and left to Sootopoolis which is Pacific Log Town (I think). Then go a little to the left and there would pe a path. Go in there and there will be a cave and as soon as you get out of the of the other end, Wallace comes and you need to get up to the top of Shy Pillar and wake Rayquaza up.

When you say Two Pokemon, do you mean the two legendary Pokemon Kyogre and Groudon? If you do mean those Two Pokemon, then you need to go out and find the legendary Pokemon Rayquaza so that he can break up their fight, and set things back to normal. After you talk to Wallace, Steven, and everyone else there leave Sootopolis City and surf south until you reach a small town known as Pacifilog Town. Once you are in Pacifilog Town, surf East some until you reach Route 131. Now, once you are on Route 131, it is very important for you to search for a big tower that is hidden by some rocks there. This place is called the Sky palace, and is the home of the Legendary Pokemon, Rayquaza. Make your way to the top of the tower, and Rayquaza should disappear and go stop the two of them from fighting. Now all you have to do is make your way back towards Sootopolis City, and everything will be solved.

When groudon and kyogre are fighting go to sootopolis go up to where the mart would be.steven will chat and say follow me he will send you into a cave.go to the end and there is wallace talk to him.he will say there is a new legendary rayquaza.its on sky pillar.go to route 131 talk to wallace then go to rayquaza.he will then fly off.go to sootopolis wich the crisis will end.then go back to sky pillar and fight rayquaza to catch him.dont use your masterball as wich you can clone it our catch latias or latios.you will need the mach bike to get to rayquaza.
