Why won't it let me trade my deoxys on ruby to emerald it sucks can you guys please help me?

Well pretty much the only restriction in trading between R/S to FR/LG to Emerald is that both of the games involved must have the national dex obtained. Remember in emerald and ruby all you have to do is beat the elite 4 to get the national dex. So hopefully that is the only problem because it is one that is relatively easy to solve.
