In Pokemon emerald, I was wonderin where is the sky pillar?

Well yes go to the right of pacifidlog and go surfing till you see rocks like a maze then go in there p.s.get repels and the mach bike to go over the cracked panels,but at first you wont be able to catch him.the panels arent cracked then but when you go back they are.

The Sky Pillar is to the right of Pacifidlog Town. Just Surf along for awhile, and then you'll see this long road trapped by rocks. Follow it until the end, and then you will end up in front of a building. This leads you to Sky Tower.

Oh, yeah, a few things to remember:
You'll need to use your Mach Bike to run over cracked apnels quickly. Also, you need to have done that scene in Sootopolis where you see Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza.

Yeah go to pacifidlog and surf up the skky pillar is like a confusing puzzle. You have to fall through dome of the holes to get to the top.

Is sky pillar where rayquaza is? If so the town where the old man live [ I believe otopolis] it is north of there, you will need a fast bike to get through the cracks and there will be some floors leading up to rayquaza with floor puzzles on so be careful

U need to go to pacifidlog town and surf to the right. Go near the top of the screen so you don't miss it. There will be a spot in between rocks snd go up and to the left. You should find it. You will need the mach bike(fast) to get past the cracks and you will find rayquaza at the top.
