In the Battle Frontier in the bottom right corner there is giant waterfall but to get to it there is an odd tree there that wiggles when you press "A". Is there a way how I can get passed it or just break it. I tried Cut, Rock smash, Strength, Dig, Fly, and Surf. But nothing happens please tell me what to do to cut it or get passed it. THANKS...

You have to use the wailmer pail on the wiggly tree to reveal itself as a sudowoodo. It should be at level 30 so you cab catch it if you so desire. They arent particularly good, but I think that is the only catchable sudowoodo in the game so be careful.
Yes you get prizes for beating trainer hill, but they are quite pitiful prizes. Like a great ball....
OK. The thing is, it's not a tree. It's really a Lv. 40 pokemon! (it is not a legendary) It's name is sudowoodo. It is a rock type so do NOT use a water type unless you want to kill it. And about the trainer hill, you don't get a prize. Sorry if you feel let down, silvermoon101
You have to use the wailmer pail on it,have great balls or ultra balls to catch it.
Just use the wailmer pail that you get in the flower shop by petalburg and try and water it. Turns out it's actually a lv. 40 sudowoodo! All it does is get you to some water that you can go down with waterfall and go to the left and you can find artisan cave where you can battle/catch smeargle, and find a hp up, zinc, calcium, carbos, protein, and iron. Pretty much useless except if you like smeargle or stat boosters.
