Ok it's a complicated deal to get to the regis you need to have a wailord(evolved form of wailmer at lvl 40.)in your last slot and a relincanth in your first slot(keep in mind you can put em in any order till later).Then with a Pokemon that knows dive and surf and one with the move dig, then go left of pacifilog and then when you get to rapid currents go down till your near the bottom of currents then run into them youll go onto and island and battle someone then after that go left from there onto a little ring of icee or whatever surroundinga pool of regular non vurent water, then on the bottom left side of the ring( below part that sticks out surf from there then the currents will take you to a spot with calm waters and 2 trainers(ingore the trainers)then go loeft onto the island,after that sail left again from there,from there head to the left part of the next island and be in center on left side and you must be in center or itll fail then sail left and youll come onto a dive spot. Dive from there. After diving go through underwater door thing surf down and you will find braille on a wall on the down side read the braille then surface.After surfacing out your relincanth in first slot, then wailord in last(it might be relincanth last wailord first). After that use dig on top most wall with braille then a hole will appear. Go through and with those two Pokemon in that order go to the top most braille deal again, read it press b then therell be an earthquake and a soud like three doors opening then therell be a message that says it sounds as if a door opened far away(if you must know relincanth is found underwater by sootopolis). After you go into one of the regis hideouts terell be another braille wall to get past registeel's one(teh one near lilicove) use fly in middle of room, to get past regrock's(one in desert) after reading braille take two steps down then 3 right I think then use strength(if thats not correct it's a spot near that one you use strenth),and for regiices(the one near dewford)just click on braille message and let the message sit there for a few minutes then the door will open.
