To open the caves you need:HM Dive, Tm dig, relicanth and wailord. Go to pacifidlog town and use SURF going to the left. Keep going all the way but go near the bottom of the screen untill you get to a spot where you can dive. Dive and go the the end of the cave where there is Braille writing. Use dive and go to the end where there is braille writing on the wall. Make sure relicanth is first in your party and wailord is last. Then use dig. Walk straight and you should here doors open and now you can go get them. HOpe this helps

I just explained the same question to another guys right above this one a few questions so you can take a look at that which also has a youtube site for you to refer to, but go to youtube type unocking the regi/regis if you can't find the other question
