Do not forget that to get the Regi's doors to open there are certain things you need to do. To get Regirock you had to use the atack "Rock Smash" and to get Registeel you had to do "Flash". Now to get Regice you need to go to route 105 (i suppose you knew that already) and first read the inscription. Then you must to a clockwise lap on the cave (you have to be next to the walls all time). After completing a full lap, the door will open.
