I forgot where the good rod is located at, but I can tell you where the super rod is. Fly to Mossdeep City, and in one of the houses west of the space tower, will be a fisherman who wants to pass his knowledge on to the younger future. Talk to him, and he will give you the Super rod for all your fishing pleasure, have fun.
