Walk in random grass and you'll find Latios/Latias.

cheating-is-good answered:

Latiosa, there is no Latiosa, there is however, a Latios. You can catch him after you beat the Elite four, and return home, as soon as you leave your house, latios is catchable, as is his sister Latias. They can be in any patch of grass, or any body of water, so go look around for them everywhere. When you encounter Latios, or Latias, they will run away first thing, to stop this catch, and level up a Trapinch. Trapinch's ability Arena Trap, will stop any Pokemon from running from battle.

I'm sorry, but what cave are you talking about, gotta remember to tell us the details.

mitsu answered:

Latios can be gotten as a roaming Pokemon in emerald. So can Latias, but you have to choose which one you want.

When you defeat the E4 and the Champion, and you start back at home... Your mother will say that there's a program on and they saw a flying pokemon... And she will ask you which colour it was... You will get to choose then... If you want latios, pick blue, if you want latias, pick red. Then you will have to surf in water, or walk in grass to randomly encounter it. Use your masterball to catch it, otherwise it will flee from battle, and you will have to search for it again.

Blademaster55 answered:

Latios will appear at random as you are walking around. Though I think it depends on what path you took during your gameplay and then you will be able to get either latios or latias.

crashersmasher answered:

FIRST OF ALL ITS LATIOS AND AFTER YOU BEAT THE LEAGUE GO HOME AND YOUR MOM WILL ASK WHAT COLOR THE POKEMON WAS AND IF BLUE IT IS LATIOS IF RED ITS LATIAS

Well first you need both Latias and Latios, then you go to the icy part of Shoal cave, then you go to the middle part where you have to walk up, save and after it's done saving turn off and Latiosa should be in front of you... It's be best if you have a dark or dragon type Pokemon to

beast8 answered:

I can't believe you call yourselves cheaters. You put LatiOS first, Raquaza in the middle, and LatiAS last. Go to the cave that is directly above (BUT IS NOT) the cave where you get Regice (around root 124). You go to the center of that cave, you save, turn it back on, and LatiOSA is right infront of you. Catch it and you are done. You can breed it with Raquaza to make RAquaziosa, but I havn't tried that.

YES, it does exsist, I have it, IT IS A FREAKIN MONSTER!!!!!!!!
