In order to get the old sea chart...you need to go to a nintendo event
There are no more I think but by going to POKEMON CENTRAL. Com you might get the code you want...
I suggest you get a gameshark.

Yea it's a nintendo event >.<" dated in 2008 (i am told...)
Gameshark/Action Replay would be the best choice.... Unless you can Have a Mystery Gift for a Friend who went to the Event...
