Hey so I went to the abandon ship and the guy in there is lookong for a scanner.... Where can I find this scanner to give to him??? Thanks for all who help me!!!!

Oh also whats with the rm.1 and so on rooms that are locked how do I get in there??

Ok mate I had some trouble with the same bit.

When you go into 1 of those rooms, you will see at least 2 flashes, remember where those are because you will need to go up to them and push A on them and 1 of the flashing things will be a key to another 1 of those rooms, but the other flashes will just be a piece of flashing rubbish, and in 1 of the rooms there is a pool of water that you can use dive, use dive in that pool of water and follow the passageway until you find (a spot that light shines down from) go back up there and you will be in another room, and there will be an item in there, that item is the scanner. Get it and go back to the Slateport Ferry Port and give the scanner to one of the people (I can't remember which one, he will trade you a: Deep Sea Tooth (to get Huntail) OR a: Deep Sea Scale (to get Gorebass).

The scanner is in the second room once you get all the keys.
