Can someone tell me what I have to do to open the door for the regis to come out cause right now I'm stuck tryin to open the door for registeel

Well to open up the cave by Lilycove, you have to go read the thingy go to the middle and use flash (Registeel) the Island Cave, you have to read the thingy, walk clocwise around the walls, you have to be right beside the walls, then when you ghet to the middle word thingys then it should open up for you (Regice). The one in the desert, you have to read the thingy, take 2 steps left, 2 steps down and then use Rock Smash then the door should open (Regirock)
