Ok so I was wondering how a Pokemon can catch pokerus(or whatever it's called). Is it just by chance or what?

It's all by chance, but these chances are very unlikely...you're better off finding a Shiny Pokemon than catching Pokerus...

I think it's just by luck, or getting infected by another pokemon.

It's just by chance but the best place to catch it is I think is route 202/3. Just keep catching Pokemon on the routes until you find a Pokemon that has pok�rus(it will say where status problems are(poison, paralized etc.)). It will spread to Pokemon if you keep the infected Pokemon with them. It goes away after either 1. Going to the Pokemon centre to much or I think 2. It goes away by itself.
