My Ditto won't breed

You need to have a male ditto, and a female Eevee. Try that, and it should work. The egg will always hatch into whatever Pokemon is the female.

ash32111 answered:

Cheating-is-good your wrong because dittos can`t be a male or a female.

backstabber answered:

Just try a female Eevee. If not then maybe try with another pokmon.

staticshock answered:

Evolve one eevee than tryit out with ditto

Well, I've had some horrible experiences with stubborn Dittos....the solution...

You could just wait longer. Unless the Pokemon will play with another, instead of getting to the business at hand, you'll get an egg, it just may take a bit longer. Or, as Backstabber said, just try another eevee, or try breeding an eevee with a female of it's species or eevolutions :D
