Where do I find the various stones water stone,fire stone, leaf stone, sun stone, thunder stone and if they have any more please tell me , how do I get the various ticket without using the cheat devices they is a way mystic ticket aurara ticket and more

To get the stones you must find various shards by diving and searching on the large sea. Red shard is fire stone green shard is leaf stone, etc etc.
You can't get the tickets without a cheating device unless you go to a nintendo event. Good luck finding one.
