When you go to sotopulis city and to the right hand side in a house with a old man in it there is a hole with some trees blocking it how to get in there and what is in there

It's the same thing like a room closed in Seven Island on Pokemon Fire Red. There's nothing, a clear room. And I think those go away if you go to a Nintendo Event or something.
