Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey guys there is the 2 pokemons the fire and the water in the island of the 8th badge. I went to the cave in that island and there was a guy I told him about a place and then he went away. what to do next? Plz answer quickly

You go to the Sky Pillar in Route 131 and climb to the top, the it takes you back to the island.

If you told him that Rayquaza was at the Sky Pillar, you need to get out of Sootopolis and surf to Pacifidlog Town. Surf to the east on the top where the rocks are. There is an opening to the Sky Pillar. You have to go through a small cave, but when you get out of it at the top, Wallace (the guy you talked to) will be up there. You talk to him, and then you have to go inside the tower which is at the top of the screen. You go through the tower all the way to the top, where Rayquaza is sleeping. You have to wake him up, and he will take off. Fly to Sootopolis, and the Pokemon will still be fighting until Rayquaza comes down and they all leave. Then go back to the Sky Pillar, and Rayquaza is at the top again. (make sure you have a mach bike for the cracks in the ground. It's the only way to get up to the top)
