In rustboro city there is a building behind the Pokemon center and cutters house on the second story, there is a man with a baby what is the word or phrase that works cause I've tryed every thing

It has something to do with your Trainer ID and the secret ID, without using a program to generate the code you'll probably never find the answer because it is like a code, not words.
