Euh... My question is how can you forget a HM

Go to the move deleter in Lilycove city (the one with the dept. Store).

To forget an HM you need to go to the Move deleter's house( it is next to the department store ) in LILYCOVE CITY.

You go to Canalava City and go 1 house up then pass the market and the next house will have the move deleter in it and then you can delete HM moves.

You can't, unless you take that particular Pokemon to the move deleter and give him a heartscale, that Pokemon with the HM gots it for life.

Normally you can't but there is a move deleter in lilycove city who can make your Pokemon forget HM moves
