How do you get dig or wich Pokemon could get cause I have a lvl 80 linoone and hasnt learned it yet......

You can either go to the house on route 118 (i think that's where it is...it's right next to a town) and the guy's brother outside of fossil cave gives it to you..., or you can catch a diglet and it should already know it.

Diglett will leanr dig on his own, thats one Pokemon I know of "learning" it, but for most, I "teach" them dig with the TM, I'm pretty sure you can buy that TM
