Ok, these caves are really really screwed up, I can't even explain them, your going to have to read a walk through. This is because to use them correctly, you need certain Pokemon, certain moves, and even certain items, once you active them under the water, 3 caves will open around the map, (that will be explained in the walkthrough too) and thats where you find the Regis, they are very hard to capture.
