Question for Pokemon Emerald

I need dig and I don't have the tm, can someone tell me what level any rock or ground Pokemon learns it? (ex: geodude, diglett) thanks!

I'm not sure, but I believe diglet naturally knows it...Why don't you just go get it from the guy by the fossil cave on route 114?

There is a city where meteors fall. I can't remeber the name, but there is this dude where he digs for fossils. I think it's the fossil maniac. Go into his house and talk to his little brother. He'll give you dig.

Yo,you could go to the fossil maniac's house and talk to that little kid.
Or you could catch a digglet and train it to level 17.

Geodude doesn't learn it and Diglett isn't obtainable in the game. If you go to the Desert (Route 111) and catch a Trapinch, don't let it evolve and it will learn dig at Level 42.
