The only way you get a mystic ticket and a aurara ticket is to
put it through Pokemon coliseum.

Either from an Action Replay cheat or by going to a few-and-far-between Nintendo Event.

Yo, first have to get the mystery gift and open it to get an
Aurara ticket and a Mistic ticket.

Cheat because the Pokemon convention things where you can get them but you can warp to anywhere "but only with gs" or I could trade you anything well good luck.
