There is no such Pokemon as Baby Groudon. Whoever told you this was just lieing to you.
Baby Groudon is not obtainable in any of the Pokemon games as it isn't a real pokemon.

In the same place you get zekrom but ya hafts bear the elite 4 but fail the champion and Rafa he appearsmarielue5 answered:
You can't get a baby groudon,but you can get groudon later in the game. I think it's around your sixth badge,is when you get groudon.

It is impossible to get a baby Groudon or any other baby legendary for that matter.You could possibly use an action replay code to but it will take a very long time to hatch.

You could if you used codebreaker/actionreplay as there was a special available at my walmart when they came out, and the discount coupon on the side of the box was like "buy action replay now, get a super new baby kyogre OR groudon", and I've seen them and theyre real so yes you could do it but, no, not without a codebreaker or action replay with special privleges.
