Where is the Terra cave I already have Kyogre but I don't have Groudon how do I get him?

It's in random places around Hoenn. Once you have Kyogre you should go back to the Weather Institute and talk to the scientist on the 2nd floor. He should tell you there's a great deal of sunlight in a certain area. Go to that specific area and somewhere raound there you'll find the cave that Groudon's in.

Go to weather instute talk to the man got to fallabor by the mountain there will be a hole in the mountain at the bottomthen save soon you will be at the legendary groudon
P.s HE IS WAY HARDER THAN KYOGRE!! Seriosly
