Ok well I've asked about 3 questions now, and all three havent been answered yet.. i only have 2 questions now..
1) Do I have to catch a certain amount of Pokemon to beat the elite 4? (ex: Pokemon firered=60pokemon).. If so, be specific on how many plz. 2)What Lv does Vibrava evolve into Flygon at?

1) No, you need to go pass Victory road into the Pokemon league. The only requirements are 8 badges
2) it is level 45
