As soon as the girl you wish to marry is on an orange heart level, the blue feather will be on sale at Jeff's Supermarket.
Go to Won the traveling salesman store (his house which he lives with Zack). He will sell you one (for a price of course!). You have to have all the requirements of course. Big bed, all house upgrades, and so far and so forth. Hope this helps!

BeckyFromtheBlock was wrong. I guess that's from the girl version. Anyway, when the girl's heart turns orange, and you have all the stuff from the TV shopping network(except the power berry,and all the house upgrades, then you will get a letter in the mail from the super market saying that the blue feather has gome on sale.

You can get it. If you like a girl and the girl you like must have a orange heart if the girl or boy has a an orange heart already go to your mailbox and a letter from the supermarket will tell you that they already sell blue feather.. This will really help because I have a wife already in harvestmoon
You get the Blue Feather at the supermarket when your girlfrind is ready to marry.
