Please could someone tell me how to save my progress on Harvest Moon, Silly question I know, but I'm new to the game & loving it!

All you have to do is either click start and go to the journal thing, or go next to your bed. There is a journal thingy there too. Easy as pie!
When you are in your house,talk to your diary next to your bed or press start,choose diary and save.
Press the start button and then when it says "Diary" you press it and keep pressing "A" for about 3-4 times and when it says you farms name, year, your name, ect, press "B" and then to get out of the start menu, press "B" again. If you have done something that you do not want to happen, if you have saved before, then you do not save and turn your game off. Then you you saved, your game will start from there. There is also a diary by you bed, always save before you go to bed. If you animal dies and you do not want it to die, then reload you game by turning it off. And it even works for the weather! Also, when the mayor comes by on winter 2nd if he wants something from you that you do not have, then turn your game off, and he will say something different!

If you havent figured it out yet, then press start, go to "diary" then save your data. You can also do it next to your bed I belive, but theres not much point to that really.

#2press a on the book next to your bed, then continue from #1
Easy, all you have to do is go to the diary(it looks like a book) beside your bed in your house and record your progress with it's help!
