2---Mary's Libray, on the 2nd floor in the book shelves
3---Your horses water place in the stable
4---Buy form won for 50,000$
5---The lamp post between the Church and Rose Plaza
6---1000 Metals at the Horse Races
7---Drops from the Calendar in the Mountain Cottage
8---Play the New Years Game inside the Town Cottage
9---Check Mayor Thomas's Frodage when you have the other 8 in your rucksack.
(They only start to appear when you have your shelf from the Shopping Network.)

HOW TO GET THEM
6---Yes it is possible, you bet on the horse races.
7---Get the Mountain Cottage after having your 50th anivercery with your wife. 8---Whatch T.V. In side the Town Cottage, And you have to answer 10 math problems, answers are "need to know". Plus you have to connect with HM A wonderful Life on the GameCube.You have to collect 999,999,999$!!! Or use cheat codes like cameshark, of codebreaker, but they can be dangerous!
9---To put all the Jewels in your rucksack, you have to have the large rucksack.

I have only gotten 6 beacase I don't have a GC.
