The wine is an item you just keep, cant really do anything with it but let it sit on your shelf.

PS i'm in my 4th year and I can't seem to get Karen to marry me, she's only at a green heart.

I try giving her wine, it dosnt boost the realationship, I liked the moon thing on the 13th of fall, it was cool.
