Why can't you get married even if you have the blue feather and the girl has a red heart?

Because you need to have your house upgraded to a fireplace (I think) and then get all the furniture with it.

I'll just write all of the requirements:
1. Have a dark red heart.
2. Have the blue feather
Have all the basic houe extensions. (like the ones besides the bathroom)
3. Have seen all the heart events
I think that's all.

Yeah! Just have a dark red heart.Upgrade your house TWICE! GET A BIG-BED(from the TV shopping network) and after few days..propose to that special girl.
