Eventually after you buy all these things you can have the recipes by either befriending the villagers or just look for walkthroughs from the internet. By the way. You just pick the ingredients and the utensils to be used and the game or your character will automatically do the cooking. Don't be so troubled about mixing the ingredients. Hope this helps.
