I actually can't belive that you havent done this already. I found this website on Google, and I now know how to double profits...

Follow link, then Ctrl+F "Double all profits". That will get you the article.

- Bamboo Shoots
- Wine

Ann:
- PUPPY. (Not dog.)

- Blue Magic Grass

Doctor:
- Herbs, such as Blue Grass, Black Grass etc.

Thats all off the top of my head, Most of the townspeople appreciate gifts anyway.
But DO NOT give them stones, branches, weeds, or other useless items.
