I don't get how you bless the tools....how do you get carter to take the hoe and watering can away?...and what dose it meen use 255 times or have equipped for 10 days...

Ok well you know how you use the tools to upgrade them well use it 255 or go to sleep after doing what you want for 10 days.
Actually you need a cursed tool. First upgrade all of your tool to mistyle!!!!
During winter go to the lake mine and dig level 29 to 89 you can dig for a cursed tools. If you have equip them use them for 255 times/ equip ten days straigt/ bless ten times to carter and then....................................................................................then you can activate the special effect and upgrade them to a better ore (sorry I forgot the name) it cost 1 day 50,000 g.
