If you miss a Heart Event, will marriage be impossible?

I have bought everything from the shopping network, and Ann has a big red heart for me, but whenever I use the blue feather she says, Aren't these used for proposing? I don't know what to do, so I assume I must have missed a heart event. Does this mean it will be forever impossible to marry Ann, and that I should try for someone else? :/

No you have to wait for a wile before you can purpose to her because her heart level has to be maxed out (unfortunately there is no way to tell in that game if it's maxed out or not Ide give it a month or two of presents for her to say yes or a month and a halve) (in the game).

I'm not sure if you can marry if you miss a heart event but you do need to have atleast 100,000 G.

100,000 were did ya get that you're house needs to be fully upgraded and everything bought of tv shopping network and it's maxed once it turned red if you think you missed a hart event lower it to what you think you missed and try again if it didn't work raise it up a bit (and I married with 50)

Simple you just need a big bed and a big black red heart thats all!!!!! The money is nothing!!! Don't forget the blue feather buy it in supermarket!

You can cheat red her for any girl and then see heart event

its impossible unless you missed yellow.
Wait a week of gifts and by the end of the game week she is yours!
