Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Help, please!

I'm on the "Shrieking Shack" path and can't figure out what to do next or what I'm doing wrong. I've pulled the lever and turned the waterfall off over the first door, gone through there and to the top of the door and got that lever, come back down, through other opening, got that lever, come back by first lever and gone through that path got the wheel and put it in place got the lever up on the right side from wheel come all the way back to the first lever where the water is coming out of the pipes on the ground, froze them but the last pipe doesn't have any water to freeze so I can't get across.

So my question is have I missed something? or is the game not working right? or is that not the solution? Thanks for your help.

Go back to the very first lever you pulled. If you've gone through all the doors and pulled all the levers, there should be 5 fountains on the right side. Have Hermione perform the Glacius spell, so that the first one freezes, then do that for the other 4 fountains. You should then be able to go through the door, and into the actual Shrieking Shack.
