Three of them weild the three pieces of the trident you need to kill posidon to get into lemuria. The ruins are ankol ruins, shrine of the sea god and the tundria tower(i like the music). Obviously there is the two remaining lighthouses, Jupiter and Mars. The Jupiter you get Isaac and friends and Mars you complete the game.
