You probably need to train some more. If you can, go to the Islet Cave on the Sea of Time Islet and train against the Wonder Birds there. They give almost 10,000 experience points each which can be a major boost. If you can't get into the cave yet then there are lesser versions of Wonder Birds in Mars Lighthouse.

You should probably find more djinni. Also if you found all of them in the first game and transferred from it, you can get the most powerful summon thingy in the game: Iris.

With her you can cause over 15,000 damage on doom dragon, defeating the first head in one shot.( if you use her with Jenna) Also, if you don't have Iris or can't get her, use your most powerful summons, and try not to use Flash and djinni like him alot. As for tips in battle, make sure people have over 500 life, or around that. Heal a lot, have tons of water of lifes handy.

You don't need to be like level 99 either, I beat him aroung level 30, on my first try! Watch out for the last head, he will use cruel ruin almost every turn.
Hope I helped.

Well I did the transfer code from golden sun 1 into golden sun 2, and isaac and his crew turned out to be level 99, so I gave isaac the sol blade, and it was a snap. Just don't forget to give psy crystals to isaac or garet, so you can use on mia. Also, mia should be using just wish, wish well, or pure wish. Each head has about 10,000 hp or so

To be exact the first head has 15,000 HP and the second head is 12,000 and the third head would be around 10,000 to 12,000
