Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

1.I've killed briggs and hes crew and I repared the ship (except the giant rock)
2.Piers is free but I can't find him

Question : -where do I find Piers
-how do I get true the gondowan clifs
-where do I get frost (or doese Piers only have it)

Pleas answer as fast as posible cause I'm so desperet

I know number 3 only Piers knows frost

Fisrt piers is in kimbo trying to get back his orb.
Seccond the Godwin Cliffs are west of Madra and you need scoop to get pased it.
Third Piers and Mia have that ability.
