Throughout the inside of Gaia Rock there are beams of light. You have to move certain statues and use Cyclone (I think that's the psynergy, the one that blows leaves, I haven't played in a while but I definitely remember what to do) on things you see on the floor. I forget how many beams there are but they weaken the dragona lot.
In order to beat the dragon, make sure you are at level 20-30. Somewhere in that range should do. Make sure that at least four Djinni are set to Jenna so she can use her healing powers on the whole party. And whatever you do, DO NOT LET FELIX GO DOWN!!!!!!
